What is most important when choosing a videographer?
Experience! Our staff has extensive experience in professional video production coupled with a broadcasting background. This enables us to deliver your video with expert framing, timing, camera angles, lighting, and sound.

My father’s brother volunteered to run a video camera for free! Isn't that good enough?
Other than blurry footage and incorrect lighting, the biggest problem we have seen regarding these free offers is that the resulting audio is usually problematic. Capturing good audio requires a level of experience and technical equipment few people own or even know about.

 

What kind of equipment do you use?
We use professional 1080p HD cameras that offer excellent color and low-light capabilities with over 800 lines of resolution (broadcast quality). We utilize wireless microphones that capture crisp audio and low-level sound (even if you whisper).

 

What type of editing equipment will be used?
We edit on a cutting edge, state-of-the-art digital system that offers professional custom effects including dissolves, slow motion, freeze frames, color isolation, etc.

 

Can I choose the music for our video?
Of course, we use only the music you select. When you watch your video, it should feature the songs that are special to you!

 

How long will it take before I receive the final product?
Your video will be completed approximately 4 - 6 weeks after all needed materials are provided, such as the baby photographs and your music selections.

 

Can I book photo and video services separately?
Absolutely. The choice is yours. However, communication between the two is critical. Our photographers and videographers work together all the time ensuring good communication.

 

Is a deposit required?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date for our Basic, Economy, and Standard Packages. A 33% deposit is required to reserve the date for our Deluxe Package.

 

When is the balance due?
The balance is due 14 days prior to your event (industry standard).

 

Will you take a personal check for the balance?
We will be happy to accept a personal check for the balance.

Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we accept MasterCard® and Visa®.
